Wild River Tales
Real old fashioned jerky has a flavor and feeling that you’ll never forget. When we tear open a bag, we are fishing along the St. Croix River, a magical spot where the fish always seem a little bigger. It’s a place near and dear to our north country roots where we’ve been making our jerky, one batch at a time.
